Poor service and bad attitude

We went for dinner prior to the Michael Buble show last night , seated at 18:00 took 30 mins before drinks arrived after having to ask numerous times for a waitron to assist us , placed dinner order around 18:30 , dinner was served to us at 19:30 .... My wife's food never arrived , waitress did not place the order , called one of the managers over who was highly sarcastic , this after having to initially ask 3 different waitrons' to clear the mess and clean the table of wet paper serviettes and fried chips lying all over the place , that took 15mins to sort out , this is a disgusting establishment with poorly trained staff , went to toilets to wash hands after meal , only to find no paper towels or toilet paper for my nephew to go to the toilet , popped head into kitchen ....disguting this place should be shut down
