Noise complaint

We are living in the residential area oposite Mikes Kitchen Oposite Mall of the North and are forced to listen to their **** music every weekend. It ia so loud that I am sitting in my home and it ia overwhelming. We just cant handle it any more. One buys property and then sits with a situation where it souds worse than a shebeen. I hope some one can help.
