No service!

I went for an office lunch today and arrived at 1:15 to take up our reservation with my 5 other colleagues. By 3:20 we had still not re derived our orders. However 3 different members of management came at different times to apologize telling us that the meat had just gone on the grill and would be another 20 to 25 minutes.The excu***was that they were very busy. They accepted our reservation at the beginning of the week and confirmation on Thursday. We watched a table of 20 leave without eating as did another table of 4. We were given our drinks as a complimentary gesture. But we left hungry!
