No feedback or response about the disgusting experience at Mike's Kitchen Cresta

I wish to make a complaint against Mike's Kitchen. On the 11th of June I highlighted the absolutely disgusting and abysmal service I received at Mike's Kitchen Cresta. I received a response from Mike's Kitchen telling me to forward my review to their email address which I did however I have received no response from them at this point nor had anyone contact me to discuss my appalling experience.
