No customer service and distasteful food

My brother tried making contact with the Milnerton branch in last week via their fb page like I did previously to find out how much they charge for the chocolate cake on their pamphlet for the kids party as it was my daughter's birth day and we don't have 10 kids to bring and they simply ignored the question!! Not surprising as they have bad customer service anyway as last time the manager there told us the buffet was whole day and when we got there it was told only from 6 and he made us sit and wait like 2 hours! Not worth the time and effort and buffet food not great at all!!
