mikes Kitchen services BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!

Good day On the 10 of November 2018 my kid was suppose to have her birthday party at Mikes Kitchen in Boksburg which was booked 2 week before. What an awful experience it was. so we showed up at 9:45 for the kiddies party , with 6 kids. I ask the waiter about 10:30 that they can start getting the food for the kids,the waiter than told me that they don't have stock and that the need to go buy quickly for the pizzas. okay!!!! "You knew that you don't have the stock and you also knew that you'll be hosting a birthday party ,why not buy all the stock in time?" at 11:00 we asked again and still no answer, Kids were starving at that time. The manager did not even came and apologize she walked pass us go and sit in her office. when we asked to see the manager she said she busy. i mean came on why are you a manager if you cant solve a problem. By that time it was 12:00 kids did not eat anything ,so we decided to Phone Birchwood Spur,and we went there in less than 10min we received kiddies orders. What an excellent service. I than went onto Mikes Kitchens Facebook page and posted how unhappy I was . Than responded that someone will be in touch with me and they are sorry. Guess what,no one came back to me until 1/02/2019, The lady Phoned my husband and told him that she apologize for the bad service and that shes sending us a voucher,,,,,,, its the 6th today and still did not received any voucher. Mikes Kitchen is a big NO NO NO NO ..........
