Mikes kitchen Rustenburg

I went for lunch with my husband at Rustenburg mikes kitchen I ordered Oxtail with mash potato with vegetables, my oxtail was rotten we called the waitress and explain our situation the next thing the manager came and told us that the oxtail is ok when he tasted it we explained to him how it is, he went and call the owner who spoke to us over the phone and tell us that it’s the taste that is why we ain’t enjoying the oxtail, they refused to replace the meal so I can order something else to a point were she ( the manager) threatened us with the police and will post our picture on social media. We had to pay the full bill including the oxtail that I didn’t even eat. I will never set my foot there again even people around my circle I will tell them not to go to Mikes kitchen Rustenburg
