Mike's Kitchen runs loyalty benefits that they cannot keep up with!

So on Saturday was my friend's farewell supper, we decided to go and spend our supper date at Mike's kitchen Salt Rock. Mike's Kitchen has this loyalty program where we give in our card number and earn benefits, however this is the second time. The waitress & manager took down our card details and promised to load in points but has NEVER DONE SO! The first time was just my little family and the bill was around R600 and this past Saturday was R2500! Why are you guys running this program/benefit if you are making us customers lose out? Or who are you giving what is actually owed to us??? I HAVE MESSAGED THE BRANCH AND HEAD OFFICE VIA MESSENGER AND THEY HAVE ASKED FOR MY DETAILS, THE SECOND TIME AND WHAT A SHAME ASK FOR OUR DETAILS FOR SWEET NOTHING 👀
