Mike's Kitchen Florida Glen -Terrible Service

Yesterday, begin VDay hubby took me to Mike's Kitchen Florida Glen for supper, what a nightmare our waiter had to be called to take our orders. After placing our starter and main meal at the save time, the waiter completely forgot about delivering our food. We waited 30 minutes and had to ask for the starter. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and no main meal being brought to the table I asked to speak to the manager and asked for the bill as I was tired of waiting for a meal. While waiting 5 other customers came in after us and they all received their meals before us. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the manager and I only received some sort acknowledgment after I started to raise my voice.

After paying for our meal the manager gave us vouchers which I will not be using. The service sucks.
