Mikes Kitchen Boksburg - Children not receiving food

I would like to start by saying thank you to Nanny Mcphee Daycare Boksburg for a job well done. Nanny Mcphee arranged with Mikes Kitchen Boksburg for the use of their facility as the venue for their first concert. This arrangement included food for the children participating in the event. None of the participating children received their food. Over 85 parents walked out after paying for their food and no service for over 2 hours. I do not know which is worse, the children not receiving their food or parents walking out after having paid for meals never received.
