Mikes cavery did not meet my expectations...

I would like to make a complaint against Mike's Kitchen Flordia Glen. I previously sent them an email about a week ago but have had not response addressing my concerns. On the 15th of June I and a friend went to Mike's Kitchen Florida for the carvery special. The beef of the carvery had far too much black pepper which resulted in a person being burnt by eating the meat. Also the pork crackling was so salty that every time I took even one bite I had drink an enormous amount of water in order to try and off set the taste. The fact that puzzles me is that 2 months ago we had the carvery and never had either of these problems. For the price increase of R70 per person to R98.80 per person. It should be expected that the quality of the carvery should match the price increase, instead this whole incident left me disappointed and less inclined to spend my money again in future. I hope Mike's Kitchen Florida addresses these issues promptly.
