horrible team experience

Hi, our team from had organised a year end event at Mikes kitchen parktown, we had booked our table weeks in advance, upon arrival we were told to wait as we were double booked. we waited and after an hour and 30 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. This was very disappointing as we had to make alternative arrangements and most places were booked. To date we have not received any calls or emails apologizing for the appalling service we received. This was and is totally unacceptable!!!
