Horrible service at Mike's kitchen Braamfotein

I am highly disappointed at Mike's kitchen in braamfotein, I bought a meal and when the steak came it was actually rotten and I was advised that it over matured and asked for my details and promised to send me a voucher and up until today I have not received any email with the voucher. The service has really dropped and the food is compromised now
