Horrible experience

Being a regular at the Bryanston Mike's Kitchen, I thought I'd give the Polokwane branch a try. While the waiter was sweet, I ordered ribs which were burnt. I asked these to be exchanged and instead of this, they merely put more basting on the ribs and cut them up to pretend that they were a new batch. I asked to speak to the manager who then sat at a table near us laughing with his friends and told the waiter to just sort it out. I insisted on speaking to him when he came he **** and said hed come from outside but got him to admit the truth. He was rude and obnoxious and never once apologised. Please sort this out. Don let bad management and staff ruin a great business
