Hair in my food

at mikes kitchen it cresta me and my wife wanted to injoy a brunch and decided to give mikes kitchen a go the time the food arrived there was a extremely long hair in my food and was right on top really exposed i did ask my waitress to please take it back and correct the mistake she then send the manager to me to explain that they will only replace the food that was touched by the hair i have never in my life seen anything like that really disappointed with the service and not happy at all
