Extremely poor service

Won't go to mikes kitchen again soon. Today we decided to try out the stake special, but was bitterly disappointment with the waitress. At first it took her 20 min to come take our drinks order. After another 15 min our drinks arrived and she took our orders. After waiting for 40 min the waitress informed us that it won't be long now as she was still waiting for my wife's burger pattie to be well done. When the food arrived the patty was well done,but our stakes wich was supposed to be medium to rare was well done and cold. Being hungry we ate it. We ordered another round of drinks but it never arrived, upon reminding the waitress we received it after our meal. My daughter tried to use her loyalty points but was told to write it down on a piece of paper. My wife asked if we could also get a loyalty card,the waitress rep**** Do you really want one. Needles to say we never received the card because she never came back after we paid. And they expect you to tip them for what,poor service. Absolutely disgusted
