Disappointed at Mike's kitchen Milnerton

Had my sons 9th birthday there, had 10 kids there for the party package (R99 per kid).. Here is what they Didn't get/have enough though it's included in adverti*****t : no balloon, not enough colouring pages even for all kids, no sparkle on cupcake for bday boy, no icing on cupcakes as advertised, no birthday badge as advertised, not even "enough" ice cream bowls for the one scoop of plain vanilla no sprinkles or sparkles ice cream.. Some came in a cup and no they were not busy we were the only table in the restaurant for a solid 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon.. I can totally see why there is 1 Mike's kitchen left in Cape Town, won't ever advise anyone to have a kiddies party there!! And I won't be back!
