Christmas lunch disaster

Went there for Christmas lunch with mom & niece. Disaster from start to finish. Ordered pina colada at R59 only to get what Mikes Kitchen says comes from sachets. Chipped ice, pineapple juice & rum do not make a pina colada. Seafood ****tail was mayonaisse, tomato sauce, some tuna & 2 shrimp on a limp bed of lettuce. After raking my fork through the mess to find solids, I finally gave up. My niece's chicken wings starter looked like chicken casserole. Buffet consisted of soggy rice, lumpy gravy, dayglo spinach, dry gammon, turkey & pork tasting the same & beef tastes like it was boiled in curried gravy. The limp salads came straight from 25 kg industrial size bottles. I then foolishly ordered the brandied peaches with cream & peanut brittle. Another bad decision. The cream was orley whip, was off (rancid aftertaste). For the R780 spent, to try have something nice for Christmas lunch turns out to be poorly executed, food not fit for consumption & exortionate pricing. I came back after to discuss with managers & asked them to please go taste themselves if I was making a valid complaint. My number was taken but nothing further since. Really a let-down...
