child safety

I visited your Alberton branch on Saturday the 30/5/2015,As we sat down and were awaiting to order drinks we allowed my 2 year old to go and play in the play area ( we assumed there was a child minder ).I then went to check on my son and as I walk into the play area he was knocked down by another child going down the slide on a bike, when I complained we were told that it is our responsibility to look after our own kids ( who am I to tell another families child not to do something in your establishment ).Things went from bad to worse when I went to the play area and saw the condition of the jungle jims they had. from missing windows on high areas where children can fall out of to missing stairs leading up to the slides. the service didn't fair any better because when we complained about everything we were then ignored completely. I did send a mail to head office on the 1st with pictures of the area and was told the owner would phone me, to date no call have been made,<br> I would rather give Mikes kitchen the opportunity to repair and make good but this has seemed to be ignored as well.I will not return to Mikes but do wish child safety is restored
