Bottomless Old Riblets

<p>I visited your Lambton branch on saturday, and they offered the "Ribs Special", which in fact was more riblets than ribs, a tiny detail they failed to mention in ordering, after a manager came by to ask if everything is fine, I asked her if this is the normal ribs to which she rep**** yes. However on asking the waitress she mentioned that they are in fact different from the normal ribs. So how is this a special on Ribs if this is in fact a different lower quality product. I was not happy with these ribs and resorted to sharing my wifes steak, I let the waitress know and she said she will let the manager know however there was no feedback and I left it at that. If the product is different from on the menu surely it cant be sold a a special on the menu item? Feel like I was duped into taking an inferior product in the guise of another product.</p>
