Bad service at Louis Trichardt branch

It is very scarce that you have a happy waiter, but the problem was the service. It was on a quiet Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 starters and after waiting about 45min we were informed they don't have all the ingredients for the one dish so we canceled the dish and said bring the other starter and a cheesecake. After 45min more we eventually get the starter with no cheesecake. The waiter barely tended to us, we had to catch someone else's waiter and then got the manager whom assisted fairly well. After my partner finished his food we eventually caught another waiter and my cheesecake was brought in a takeaway. We were billed for what we didn't even have but the manager helped us. Still ridiculous as this has been the service for more than a year with no change.
