Bad Service and Terrible food

Last Night (25th Oct 17) we drove to Rosebank Mall to enjoy a great meal. We arrived and had to wait due to month end volumes, understandable. We seat and waited 10 mins for our menus, another 10mins for the table to be cleaned. Once our orders were placed, the drinks arrived (we all ordered the same drinks) in different glasses. Like they had no clean glasses to service us. Then the food arrived, my mother's Jawbreaker looked like a BIG MAC, my fiance's Ribs was brushed with tomato sauce NOT BBQ, with a side of 5 chips, saturated in oil. I called the waiter and requested that this be fixed. Then my meal arrived, T-BONE and WINGS. I took a big bit of my wings and guess what.... RAW!!!!! I again called the waiter and requested that this be mixed.

The food returned.... BURNED !!!!

I never ever expected this from such a high rated restaurant. Note that the meals at Mikes Kitchen are not cheap.

Waiters didn't know what to say, one even said that the Kitchen is not at its best today. That's not my problem. What you advertise is what we as customers expect.

We paid 500+ for meals no one enjoyed.
