bad service and bad attitude

On December 16th at around 17h00, my family and I went to have supper at Mike's Kitchen in Louis Trichadt, we waited for more than 30 minutes before being attended while about 4 waiters were seated next to our table watching TV and others were attending to their mobile phones. When we were finally given food almost an hour later, there were only 3 serviettes, s****s were not given for the dessert, the waitress did not even bother to check on us. It was a painful experience, even though we were paying for our food. I will never go back to that restaurant in my life again.
