Bad service!

On Friday 7th December I went with 5 Colleagues to the Parktown branch for lunch. The table had been booked at the beginning of the week and the reservation was confirmed on Thursday so we were expected. The 6 of us were shown to our table and we accepted that the restaurant was busy. There was a marquee set up on the lawn so we assumed there was a company function. Our meal orders were taken at about 1:30pm. At 2:15 on e of the management cam and apologised and said that our food had just gone on the grill but our order would be out in approximately 20 minutes. After about 40 minutes another management member came out to tell us the same thing! We asked for bread but were told that we had to order it. We ordered garlic bread and received cheese bread! At 3:00pm we watched a table of about 15 people leave after not receiving their lunch followed by another table of 6 people. At 3:15 yet another person came to us to say they were very sorry for the delay but our food had just gone on the grill! We would not accept this excuse again!! We said we were leaving like the other people. If they could not cope with the numbers they should NEVER have accepted our booking. I will never go back there again after such disgusting service. In fact NO service at all.
