Bad presentation of food and Service in general!!

Being a Capetonian, we were excited to see Mike's Kitchen when visiting Rosebank Mall on the 3rd of May 2015 and decided to have our lunch there. After being seated for 2 minutes we were offered our drinks which was quick service. Our orders were then taken but the service that followed got me upset. First the wrong food was delivered, then the order eventualy arrived... my order was steak that as per the menu looked like it was dunked with a sticky sauce, but instead soaked in gravy. My Blue cheese sauce was watery and looked like it was dragged out a fridge from the night before. My friends food was off as the peppers and vegetables was already past the sell by date or so it seemed. We also ordered a plate of chips but was so upset when it arrived as it seem like it was burnt and now appeal to us. part of the my friends plate of food was \Onion shavings"but what a mess...this was the most dissapointing experience of my life in a restaurant and surely will never visit another Mike's Kitchen ever. no presentation effort was put into the preparation of the food and the kitchen surely lack experience in cooking. We eventually left and got a burger from another supplier. """
