Bad Experience With Waiter that didn't offer to give me my change and wrong order
I went to Mikes Kitchen Milnerton yesterday, 27 Feb 2019
I Was welcomed by a friendly lady that took my order, a cheesecake with ice-cream.
A gentleman gave me the order receipt which was R55.00 for the cheesecake and I gave the R60.00 to him which I suppose to get a R5.00 change. Once i gave him the money he did not return back to give me my change.
I honestly would not mind giving him the money which was only a R5.00 but the audacity that he just took the money and never returned it definitely puts a bad taste in my mouth. From this experience i honestly would not want to return back to Mike's Kitchen
And to top of it when i got home i realized that I got cream instead of ice-cream with my cheesecake.
From this experience - The restaurant really does not care of their customers - all they care about is the money
Mikes Kitchen used to be such an AWESOME, FRIENDLY place to go
It is such a pity that it has changed
