Bad attitude and Bad food
On Sunday 25 January 2015- i was at Mikes kitchen rosebank. I was served by a waiter called Sfiso. The food that we were served was stale (especially the Lamb shank) and a manager named Emmarentia came and gave us bad attitude and imp**** that we wanted a free meal anyway as she was speaking to two other managers about us in Zulu and she didnt know that I could understand what she was saying. There was no electricity, and it took the managers 30min to provide candlelight, and they could replace our food because of the power outage. Emmarentia went on to say that she doesnt care if we reported her because I had confronted her about what she was saying in zulu. When we returned the food, nobody came back to tell us what was going on with it. Please follow up on this matter
First and foremost we apologize for the poor service and quality product you received. Mike's Kitchen believe in friendly service and a wholesome fresh product, which you did not get to experience.
