Appalling services on the 7th December 2018 - Never to forget, still astounded

What appalling services yesterday? Park town branch? We had booked a table for 6 to have our xmas lunch. Arrived at about 1, managed a table. We managed to order our drinks only to our dismay a disaster followed. We ordered garlic rolls considering they don't even offer you a bread roll like other restaurants, we instead received one cheese roll to be shared between us all. Hereafter a guy came saying our food should be ready in about 25 minutes, we waited patiently? Hereafter another guy came saying the same thing. At this stage another table of like 20 people walked out saying they waiting for food since like 12ish. By about 3 a lady walked up to us saying our food will be like another 25 minutes saying it is on the grill. I then questioned her then how will my steak be considering it is on the grill. We then decided to leave and she politely answered saying it's okay the food will go to charity and we don't have to pay for our drinks? The mind bogging thing is, was our food really on the gril? I cannot imagine imagine this was charred and still not shy to say it will go to charity. Mikes kitchen's services are appalling, what a way to have our mas party, disgusting. I have no words!!!!
