Appalling Service Mike's Park Square uMhlanga Rocks.

I went to Mike's with my colleagues for breakfast meeting at Park Square uMhlanga. As we enter the time was 7:20am the waitress was busy setting out the chairs and tables. I asked if we can go inside as they open at 7:00am. She responds that no we can't, because they are still setting things out and we won't be served, the oils to cook breakfast was still cold. I asked how come because they open at 7:00am she responded and said the manager was late he was stuck in traffic so they're not opening now. She then offers to call the manager, he was on the phone for over 15 mins, and on top of all he didn't even come to us as the waitress told him that he needs to come to speak to us. We waited until 7:44am until we sat on the chairs set outside. She then comes to our table with such a big attitude, infact disgusting attitude and tells us she wants to wipe the table. Another waiter then came to us to take our orders and telling that the oil in the kitchen is cold we have to longer, we ordered Jam Jars which we were told they are not serving it until 10:30am. We asked how come because we just came for Breakfast a month ago and we were served with the same drinks. Such poor service.
