Amazing service ?? Poor management s****s

The waiters here provide great service and the food is fantastic. But the person running this Mikes Kitchen is a tyrant. Treating his employees as if they are nothing. They work long hours and unforgiven for the smallest mistake they make. Not even the good things that his employees do are acknowledged.
