2 Year old Birthday Party

Good Day we had a birthday part booking with mike's kitchen Rustenburg on saturday 30 March. We were there on Thursday 28 March to finalize everything. We have been told not to worry so we expected everything to be OK. The party was booked for 11am when we arrived there our 4 tables had only 2 umbrellas for shade we had to ask for another 1 to be put up. We asked for red and yellow and green balloons for decorations and there was nothing again we had to wait for them to quickly get it and put it up and the party already started. The party next door who started at 12 was done and decorated with balloons why not us? We are really disappointed which we hoped was going to be a good day for our 2 year old daughter turn out to be a disappointing day. Please we need feedback!
