Went for a farewell dinner with my mother

Went for a farewell dinner with my mother. Firstly, the restaurant was at about 70percent capacity and ordering a drink happened as we sat down. Getting one drink took 25 minutes. We then ordered two different chicken schnitzel and waited for 52 minutes. When the food arrived, the portion was small, but on inspection my food was full of human hair. I immediately sent it back. 15 Min later, when my mother had finished her meal, a manager came to ask me if he could replace the meal. Imagine waiting another 50 plus minutes...... He did however appologize profusely and almost begged for us to return. For a ne established restaurant who advertise the renewal of the famous brand in the front of their menu, this wasn't a great experience. I truly hope they fix this, or the idea of bringing Mike's Kitchen back is going to fail dismally
