Bad bad bad bad ..extremely poor sevice

Bad service..booked for kiddies party ..I know n understand that it was short notice but I was promised cupcakes..nothing..no one bothered to tell me they don't have..waitress precious was so useless..I dished up stater then realized that the food is not nice wrong choice made.i informed her ..I wanted to cancel before going further so that I can choose from the menu..she called Monique who said unfortunately they can't..the food was terrible..we ended up eating meat only..imagine what a waste of money...precious was up n down for nothing acting as if she doesn't hear us when we call her....we should've gone to food chains serious 😕
