Mike's Furniture Removals

We booked a small move with Mike’s Removals. The agreed date was then delayed twice. I was informed about the second delay via a third party. Mike refused for the furniture to be offloaded without receiving payment in full, despite me stating that I would like to inspect the furniture first. When our furniture finally arrived, we were very upset to find three items were damaged, two severely. Our furniture was packed into the truck with absolutely no care, no blankets were used and our dining room table, which was in perfect condition, was placed upside-down on a bookshelf and badly damaged. Our yellowwood coffee table was stuffed in the back of the truck on someone else’s belongings and has deep gouges and scratches on the surface and the table legs have been badly damaged. Someone else’s items were offloaded with our belongings and the driver persisted in saying that they were packed with our belongings and belonged to us and only packed them back into the truck after we insisted that we were not prepared for them to be left at our house. I would not recommend Mike’s Removals to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would.
