POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poorly typed report. Upon requesting amendments to the report, the receptionist/financial manager told me that she doesnt have time for this and she has other work to do. Furthermore, she said that i have a bad attitude when i confronted her about her rude and abrupt replies to my emails. This poorly typed 1 page report, with no information and/or contacts which was promised cost me R2000. Job was poorly done and zero customer service satisfaction was received. Will never recommend the company for any engineering work.
