My experience with Mike Sullivan Project Management has been one of the most frustrating business dealings I've ever had. Once problems arose, communication virtually disappeared. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and every attempt to resolve the matter professionally was met with silence. It became clear that avoiding communication was easier than addressing the issues. A professional contractor should communicate honestly, take responsibility when problems arise, and work towards a resolution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Before appointing this company, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence. My experience has left me with no confidence in their professionalism, reliability, or accountability. It is also concerning that public records currently indicate the company is in liquidation and has been flagged for deregistration due to annual return non-compliance. Potential clients should satisfy themselves about the company's current status before engaging their services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mike Sullivan Project Management.
