Decking - Bad Work Ethics and not finishing

Mike is a free spirit full of ********, always promise, sometimes delivers and does not finish.<br> <br> Contract was awarded November 2014. After various discussions and changes, Mike started the project in March 2015 as house was delayed. You have to beg and ask and ask all the time when will you be back. He treats you as a customer with no respect once he's got the money. Only to finish 85% in June 2015, took the money for the balance and never returned to finish the Job.<br> <br> He claims he is not a *****, but this is not only from me. There are numerous people that can back this and my recommendation is to NEVER TOUCH this guy and let everybody know what kind of person we are dealing with.
