Sweet talker, no delivery and obfustactes during em,ail engagement

Mike Griese Promised the world. He is a smooth talker and sold us the fact that he can do everything, not only pl;umbing. We paid him R 77 600 for a job in march 2021. It is now October and he has not completed the bulk of the work. The bulk of the work which he quoted R 64600 on has not even been started. He is demanding the balance of R 20 000 before he starts.
