We moved from east London to port Elizabeth and through a rental agent we got a place and paid deposits and all other cost. On the morning of arrival we got to the house only to find tenants in the house. We contacted the agents and were told that the people refuse to move and that we must move into a small flat in the back. The place was in such a mess and terribly sorry, broken toilet and kitchen doors. We refuse to move in there so the agent for in her car and left. One day later we still haven't heard anything. We went to their office 3 times today and after a long fight for the rent, they gave it back but they refuse to pay for our accommodation for the last 2 nights (quest house in the area) and for the storage of our good by the removal company because they couldn't offload our things. They left us standing in a new town with no help or direction and now refuse to pay for what we had to concur due to them!
