Extremely poor service

<p>Good price but terrible service. <br />Did not picth up for first installation and cancelled 10m prior to installation. On next date, they pitched up more than an hour late after i needed to fetch them from a service station - did not check address beforehand.</p> <p>Also "forgets" to add things to quote and then charges this on final invoice for instance brackets if i especially asked for FULL installation.</p> <p>Installation neatness also not very good and i had to supply some tools and cable ties. I will need to tidy up some areas of the installation myself, for instance holes in walls - way over sized without sealing it</p>
