UNAUTHORISED DEBITING of BANK ACCOUNT

I regularly check my bank statement and to my surprise I found a 'Demand deposit\ for R99 on 27/02/2015. I called the collecting agent responsible and was informed that a company in Richards Bay - MIK Solutions was the culprit. I called the company ***) and spoke to a nice enough gentleman Mr.Warren Chetty. This was a call centre signing up people for an IT service. However I did not receive such nor agreed to any payment for any service from this company. He kindly agreed to investigate and return my funds. <br> So now I am inconvenienced and await my money. <br> How on earth do these people get your bank details to do has they please? "
