Defects on Property
The company made promises since occupation 23 March 2017 to come and fix the defects, we had several meeting but until today they are not done with the work. The branch manager is D-Jay Kim

06 Mar 2018, 08:51I have provided the list of the outstanding items so many times in October 2017, to date nothing is happening because they don’t keep your promises. The defects keeps on increasing because of the POOR quality material and Workmanship that was used. The defects are as follows
1) Replacing the cracked bathtub in second bathroom
2) Loose and cracked tiles
3) Water coming into the garage when raining
4) Outstanding cupboards for study, kitchen and ground floor toilet
5) Chimney is not closed
6) Water coming in the patio when it rains
7) Paint on the pavement coming off
8) Cracking boundary walls
