Uknown debit order

Hello Peter The company is continuously debiting money installments from my account, when I'm phoning them they dropping my calls. I went to the bank to cancel the debit order they could not help saying I must phone the company direct and cancel the transaction. It's very stressing when trying to reach to enquire about the debit order they hang up the call. Please help
