Unprofessional and disgusting experience

The guy calls himself "Blaine the artist". First of all when I got there he was giving such a bleak and dull mood, he had no enthusiasm or valuable input when discussing the design of the tattoo. He messed up the stencil when putting it on so the placement was not correct. Overall the tattoo was executed poorly. His working area was dirty and a mess. The experienced was rushed and no professionalism was shown, he didnt even give proper tattoo aftercare advice. Evidently he does do quality tattoos which is why chose him to do mine, but why was my experience so bad?
