Visa aplication asssistance

<p>My complaint is quite simple: paid for service, only got Visa aplication forms:</p> <p> </p> <p>My sister was a single working mother with two kids, paid over $119US for a simple Visa application to Migration expert, she had been embarrassed by your staff, still no service delivery or her money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>- No explanation of how the process actuaaly work</p> <p>- No assistance with even the visa application</p> <p>- No one to assist het to check if she actuaally had all the correct forms in place</p> <p> - For USD 119 all you did was to send her the Visa application FORM, meaningless</p> <p>- She had to pay for the actual VISA application fee on top of your $119 fee!!</p> <p>- If you are unable to assist the public properly, please don't take their money!!!!</p> <p>- Why should we pay in USD? This is South Africa, we use the Rand over here.</p> <p>- Do speak to your staff and explain to them if someone paid, he/she is entitled to expert service and should be treated with respect - poor service, bad attitudes!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have refunded my sister You can keep the $119US now, my aim is to make the public aware of how simple the Visa application process is for the two most common Visa's below, the service you got paid for, which you were unable to provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyone from the public who wish to apply for a VISA - UK / Schengen, process is simple:</p> <p> </p> <p>UK VISA - go directly to TLS ON THE WEB, TLS is the appointed agents for UK Visa applications.</p> <p>Deal directly with UK visa application.</p> <p>You need to select what type of visa you would apply for</p> <p>You can complete the documents online, pay the online fee and wait for your GWF no. once you have paid and received the mail, print the form they send you and take it with to your appointment date. Site is reliable and safe. Office based in PTA Frikkie De Beer St.</p> <p>Schengen VISA- go directly to CAPAGO ON THE WEB.</p> <p>Same process as above, first choose which Visa you need, complete all the required documents, pay online and you will be send a booking date which you need to attend in person.</p> <p> </p> <p>UK Visa took over a week, Schengen to Fr within two days, could take up to a week if all your documents are in place. Sites are both safe and secure payments from my experience. Some Schengen Visa could also be done with TLS, just give them a call to confirm.</p> <p>No need to use companies that pretend they can provide you with a Visa.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
