<div> We began the process with Migrate2Oz early in 2020 by then my husband was still busy with his second degree. From get go they have been very honest with us and guided us in the direction that will be the best possibility for us to be able to immigrate. It has been 2 years since we approached them and we are still busy with the process, having that said there were a lot of interferences like Covid in 2020. UNISA took another 8 months to release my husband’s official degree papers and IELTS was just a nightmare as we wrote it 5 times (between the two of us). The IELTS test was also rescheduled months from each other as we stayed in the Free state and ran a hostel in the week and over weekends and couldn’t just go to JHB. So although the process has been long and we are still busy with the final steps I can testify the following about Migrate2OZ. • SINCE WE STARTED THE HAVE PHONED US OUT OF THEIR OWN JUST TO FIND OUT how we are doing and coping with the process in terms of waiting. • They send us an email every second week to find out if there was any updated to our status on my husband’s degree and our IETLS results • They send us an email to wish us luck every time we had to write another IELTS academical test. • They motivated us when the results came back negativity and kept checking in on a new date set. • Every time we phoned Reuven or Monica they were super friendly and helpful • When there was things we needed explanation on (dumming it down for normal people that didn’t always quite understood the terminology)<figure class="attachment attachment--preview" data-trix-attachment="{"contentType":"image","height":32,"url":"https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/14.0/1f609/32.png","width":32}" data-trix-content-type="image"><img src="https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/14.0/1f609/32.png" width="32" height="32"><figcaption class="attachment__caption"></figcaption></figure> they took the time to explain it in simple terms and we never felt embarrass or self-conscious about our questions. Till today I can honestly say that we have received good quality service from them and I think that people out there should also know that they do have good reviews as well.
