Mistakes at the detriment of their clients

We have spent thousands of rands and 6 months of time only to be rejected by our s****s assessing authority. We never met the minimum requirements. But Migrate2Oz 'missed' something and didn't realize that the specific point was a pre-requisite. If they had told us this from the beginning, we would have told them we don't meet the minimum requirement. I am actually the one who phoned Australia and then told Migrate2Oz we won't be successful. I did their job for them!! We are now starting again from scratch. And they just say, 'Sorry, it's a risk you took'.
