Unprofessional and *********** bad poor service

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the abysmal level of service and extensive property damage experienced during my recent move on 2 June 2026, for which I paid a total of R22,750.

I did not request a favor; I paid a significant financial premium for a professional removal logistics service. In return, my furniture—which was in 100% pristine condition prior to the move—was delivered broken and shattered.
