No Honour Once Paid

Jimmy Coetzee was paid to manufacture and install 2 garage doors for me. He required an 80% deposit and the balance upon completion. He delivered the doors but they were slightly smaller than was measured for but instead of changing the doors I altered garage opening at my cost. He started the installation but demanded the balance of the payment. I said he'd be paid when the job was completed but he said his installers would not return and he will not take my calls until he's paid. He assured me that he's a man of honour and so I paid him. His installers never returned after multiple appointments. Jimmy said I should use my installer and that he would pay for it but now refuses to answer my calls, return my emails or pay me my money. He also has outstanding components of the garage motors as well as the remotes which he has not delivered. Jimmy comes across as trustworthy but he really is not.
