Unprofessional conduct

Poor communication with regards to charters trips cancelled twice with no notification given. We had to contact them each time. Both days communication was bad. Their attitude was poor and when charters was discussed for second day on why we were not going out they said the wind was an issue. But the Harbour master said that it's perfect conditions for launching and fishing and the other charters was launching continuously. To conclude just funny when my mother went to see the lady making the bookings she heard her husband dawid saying they are not going out again because it's old years eve.
